Building Healthcare Professionals Since Our Foundation
St. Judy Paramedical College was established with a clear vision of addressing the growing demand for qualified healthcare professionals in Sri Lanka and abroad. Since its inception, the college has continuously expanded its academic programmes, infrastructure, and partnerships to deliver high-quality vocational and professional healthcare education.
Beginning with a limited number of healthcare training programmes, the institution has grown into a multi-campus educational organization offering nationally recognized qualifications in Higher Diploma In Nursing, Nurse Assistance, caregiver, Phlebotomist, Emergency medical Technician, Basic Life Support, first aid, and other allied health disciplines.
Over the years, thousands of students have successfully completed their training and secured employment in hospitals, healthcare institutions, aged care facilities, and international healthcare organizations.
Today, St. Judy Paramedical College proudly operates campuses with Recognition of TVEC & Health Ministry in Kalmunai (TVEC Reged Number: P18/0106), Trincomalee (TVEC Reged Number: P19/0086), and Vavuniya (TVEC Reged Number: P21/0055), providing accessible quality education to students across Sri Lanka while maintaining high academic standards and industry relevance.

Our Foundation
Community Healthcare Awareness & Training
St. Judy began its journey with a vision to improve community health knowledge and emergency preparedness. We conducted First Aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), Home Nursing Care and healthcare awareness programmes for school children, tsunami-affected IDP communities, NGO workers, members of the public and elderly communities.
Institutional Training Begins
Expanding Healthcare Education
We entered a new chapter by introducing institutional-based training programmes in Kalmunai, Batticaloa, Vavuniya, Puttalam and Kandy.
Our programmes focused on Pre-Hospital Care and Healthcare Training, creating valuable education and career pathways for school leavers and young people.
Entering Vocational Education
Vocational Education Affiliation
We began our journey into Sri Lanka's formal vocational education sector through affiliation with the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC).
This marked an important step towards providing structured, nationally recognized vocational training in healthcare and related fields.
Full Registration & Accreditation
Recognized Healthcare Training Provider
A major institutional milestone was achieved with full registration and accreditation through TVEC and the Private Health Services Regulatory Council (PHSRC).
This recognition strengthened our ability to deliver quality-assured vocational and healthcare training programmes.
Strengthening National Presence
Development of Vocational Training Campuses
During this period, we reorganized and strengthened our vocational education activities, focusing on the Healthcare Trade.
Our training operations gradually developed into dedicated campuses serving students through professional healthcare education and practical skills training.
